Meet The Speaker
Grace Stead
Founder of Steadfast Greening &
MD of Fair Trade Tourism
The balance between people and the environment has always been a driving force for Grace in her professional career. Trained as a town planner, she spent twelve years working for local government, where she gained critical skills implementing sustainable business goals, both at a grassroots level and internationally.
Grace established Steadfast Greening in 2007 to support organisations and green teams through practical sustainability training, facilitation, and implementation. She also co-founded the Event Greening Forum in 2009.
She has worked on sustainability initiatives and eco audits for major events including the 2023 Netball World Cup, COP17, Rocking the Daisies, and Meetings Africa.
She continues to actively promote event sustainability in South Africa and is currently the Managing Director for Fair Trade Tourism working across Southern Africa on responsible and ethical tourism.

Yes. Each attendee will be awarded 1 CPD point.
