Greener events for Cape Town, 2010 and beyond

On Friday 30th April, the City of Cape Town hosted a training workshop in preparation for the launch of the Smart Events Handbook. This guide will offer practical solutions to organisers, venues and sub-contractors/suppliers for hosting events in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner. The handbook was produced by Steadfast Greening and is sponsored by the City as part of their Green Goal 2010 initiative.

Industry first: Scan uses “Green Energy’ at Meetings Africa
