Notice to all Event Greening Forum (EGF) members: Play your part in building a stronger and more dynamic EGF by getting involved in the annual general meeting (AGM) and even making yourself available to stand for one of the vacancies in our management committee this year. The EGF is only as strong as our membership demands, so be part of the future of this important initiative.

1. Presentation and adoption of the Chairman’s Annual Report;
2. Consideration and adoption of the Annual Financial Statements;
3. Appointment of Accountants/Auditors (as required);
4. Election of members to serve on the Management Committee for the following year;
5. Any other business.
All EGF members have by now received an invoice for membership fees; please ensure this is paid before the AGM in order to participate. Details on how to vote, run for a seat on the committee and nominate someone for the committee, have been sent directly to all members.
